Hey friends! I love a good devotional book, so I thought I’d share with you a few of my all-time favorites through the years. Of course, devotional books are never a substitute for actually reading the Bible; nor are they God’s word, so you do have to use discernment as you read them. My Favorite Reads in 2023
Hey friends! How is it possible that we have only a few days left in this year? I like to take time during this space between Christmas and New Year’s to reflect on the goodness of God over the past months; His faithfulness in the good and the bad times. Remembering His love and provision gives me hope as we enter an uncertain year ahead. Spring Update and Favorites
Hello my friends! May has been absolutely gorgeous here—summer came early this year, which is fine with me! This month makes me realize how grateful I am for God’s creation of color. The rich green of the grass and trees, white lilacs (my favorite), the vibrant blue sky; our God loves beauty and that is so evident in His creation. Hi everyone! It’s been awhile since I have reviewed any books here on the blog, and I just finished a 5-star one. It checked almost all my “great book” boxes: a biography, missions, medicine, humor, and even a little WWII history. Dorothy Clarke Wilson was an amazing writer!
