Visiting Old Forge is a bit like coming home. The little hamlet just inside Adirondack Park has a vibe all its own, and it’s a longstanding tradition for our family, starting with my dad’s visits as a teenager in the 70’s. The small-town feels, the smell of balsam, the unique shops, the sunshine on the river, and the people-watching, I am convinced are like nowhere else. Hey friends! It’s that time of the year, and recently my family and I were so blessed to be able to take a vacation to Milford, CT. It’s a beautiful town on the Long Island Sound, and we had such a nice, relaxing time.
